CANCELLATION and WEATHER DELAY

OR EARLY CLOSING POLICY

We will offer a refund, less 3%, or a full credit of all money paid if you cancel a booking for a rental or fitness class 24 hours in advance.

Please do not make a reservation if you think it's likely you will need to cancel; we need your help minimizing cancellations as much as possible.

WEATHER DELAY OR EARLY CLOSING

The Oklahoma weather can change very quickly and forecasts made several days in advance are very frequently inaccurate so there are times we will be forced to close early, open late or will not be able to open at all.

All rentals are weather permitting and are not available when it is raining, there is lightning within 30 miles, and/ or the wind exceeds 15 mph.

You will have the option of receiving a full refund or credit if your rental or class booking is canceled due to weather conditions.
